    Total Property Maintenance:

    Is the the most complete and efficient level of property maintenance service available. It is based on an annual contract outlining the expected requirements of our customer and generally covers spring and fall clean up, mowing, grass and plant bed fertilization, aeration, irigation system monitoring,weed control, edging, hand pruning, raking, sweeping paved surfaces, leaf removal, gutter cleaning, seasonal flower & bulb planting, mulching, hand watering, pond maintenance. For many this is the best way to maintain and improve property appearance while improving investment value. The Total Property Maintenance option begins April 1st and ends November 30th.

    Seasonal Maintenance:

    Covers maintenance based on specific seasonal needs such as mowing and snow removal.

    Incidental Maintenance:

    Covers specific tasks based on specific seasonal needs such as mowing and snow removal.
